On 9 Oct 2009, there was an event happening in our group. YES! Its the 'Food Competition Event'! haha So, early in the afternoon i went to Joanne's house to prepare the food that are going to be eaten during the food competition. My droup got Yilin, Rebecca and Alicia. Even though we are small in size, you never know what will happen. haha So, the other group is Joanne, Dawn, Audrey and michelle. haha even though they are can eater but you never know what happen. haha So, after preparation, i went to fetch alicia, rebecca and yilin from Tm inter to joanne's house because its still early. After 6pm, we went to take bus to interchange. Then we took 28 to Dawn's condo. Sadly, we took the bus that will took a longer time to reach when we supposed to take bus 67 instead. So, we stuck in the bus for around an 1hour and the bad is that because its so dark, wee miss our stop and need to take back. Pray and God answer my prayer and sent two taxi to us. Joanne,alicia and yilin took first and me and rebecca behind. But weird is, we reach first before thefirst taxi but the price is different. Theirs is cheaper. so, we went into the condo and immediately start the competition because we are all very hungry...why? cause skip lunch...haha
So, it goes like this...
Stage 1: Guess the bread
We are suppose to each pick one bread and eat finish as a group. There is mayo, strawberry, honey and kepchup. I took the kepchup. No one took the honey one...sad...
Here, my team is lacking behind and joanne's team went to the second stage...
Stage 2: Fried noodle
Each team is suppose to eat two box of fried noodles...so my team split into two for each group finish one box. Its nice but making me very full...Of course, with audrey, joanne's team ate finish first and went to the next stage. My team here a bit discourage but we still continue eating.
Stage 3: Sushi eating
Firstly, the sushi doesn't taste very good...(i made de...=P) Secondly, its crab stick and Dawn don't like...hoho so my group ate fast fast...but their team still enter the next and final stage first...
Stage 4: Dessert
Rebecca and Alicia don't like jelly pops so me and yilin handle. They handle the cracker. Each is suppose to finish one jelly pop so yilin and me took 2 each while rebecca and alicia eat the twisties. After we finish the jelly, we help eating the twisties...our group catch up with joanne they all because they slow down a bit cause very full. The last is to finish a big bottle of either coke or peisi. My team want peisi so we took it. We win it here because joanne's group is mostly michelle drinking the coke.( This is when i though of sondra....haha) But because of coke, my group fast fast drink finish the peisi and WON! haha really you don't know how it feel to have your stomach filled with so many things. haha
The game master pass the gift to yilin they all. Its a $15 popular voucher. haha After eating we settle down and rest...then accidently(is it???), audrey push me into the swimming pool...and everyone start going down to swim...first is me then audrey..then rebecca...haha Michelle is want and don't want so me and audrey help her make up her mind by pouring water to make her wet. Dawn, who came to help get wet too, so all 5 of us get wet. Yilin and Alicia no clothes so they didn't but being our photographer...hahaso all the photos taken must thank them. haha Joanne...Because she is our CL, the 4 of us pull her into the swimming pool but the final push we didn't see who...haha. so we played till around 10pm where yilin and alicia went home. My father came to fetch me and rebecca so we can start later.
What a fun time fellowshiping together.=) i want a second one!
Really thank God for the protection for all of us to safely reach home and i think Alicia really make a break through because she reach home at aruond 12+am...haha Being very tired, so i didn't post this post...or can say i didn't write it but i wrote it le. Want to share my joy with everyone who read this. haha YEAY!
Really thank God for making this event possible and that all of us enjoyed ourselves.=)
